Sudoku Studio — Terms of Service

Effective date: 20 October 2026 · Version: 2026-10-20.

Website: https://sudokustudio.eu

1. Who provides the service

Sudoku Studio is an online tool for creating and exporting Sudoku puzzle books. The contracting seller is Serhii Sukhodolskyi, trading as Sudoku Studio, at Av. del Primat Reig, 37, 3-5, Valencia, Valencia, 46019, Spain. Contact [email protected] for support, complaints, cancellation or withdrawal. Full seller details appear on the Contact page. These Terms, the Privacy Notice and Refund Policy are available before purchase and can be saved or printed.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to purchase a plan. Books can be designed for children; the account service is not directed at children. Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. Public accounts use Google sign-in with a verified Google identity and email. A Google account is linked to an existing workspace only through the authenticated linking process.

Do not access another person's workspace, bypass generation limits, create multiple accounts to obtain repeated free allowances, automate abusive registrations, distribute malware, or use content you have no right to use. We may restrict abusive activity where reasonably necessary to protect the service. Restrictions do not remove mandatory consumer or refund rights.

3. Free Beta and planned Creator Pro

The current public beta costs EUR 0. Each registered account may complete five successful book generations during the entire beta, not five per month. Each book may contain up to 20 Sudoku puzzles. Instructions, solutions, covers and notes are not puzzles and do not count toward this limit. Existing successful free generations count toward the five-generation allowance. Failed or cancelled jobs release their reserved credit once non-publication is confirmed. Deleting, archiving or restoring a completed book does not restore a generation credit. Allowances are not currency and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Creator Pro is coming soon and cannot currently be purchased. Proposed future limits are up to 50 books per account and 200 puzzles per book. These are product proposals, not current entitlements or a promise of a particular launch date, price, billing frequency or priority processing. Any future paid offer will have its own clear terms before purchase. Expressing interest or answering a pricing survey creates no subscription, payment obligation or reservation.

4. Payments and historical records

No payments, subscriptions, donations or advertising are offered through the current free beta. Checkout is disabled on the server. Existing integration records are retained securely for continuity and any applicable legal obligations. These Terms do not remove any rights relating to a historical transaction. For questions about a historical payment contact [email protected].

5. Your content and generated books

You retain your rights in titles, author names, images and other material you supply. You grant us permission to process that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. We do not acquire ownership of your books. You may download, edit, print and commercially publish the generated exports, subject to rights in material you add and any applicable third-party licences. This does not grant rights to the Sudoku Studio software or branding.

Puzzle checks reduce errors but do not guarantee exclusivity against every puzzle ever published. Review every export, print dimensions, margins and cover before publication. Publishing platforms may have additional requirements. Amazon KDP acceptance, sales and earnings are not guaranteed. Sudoku Studio is independent of Amazon.

6. Service changes and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. Keep local copies of important exports. Material changes affecting an existing paid period will be communicated where practicable; legal remedies for non-conforming digital services remain available.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies, fraud or other non-excludable liability. We do not require consumers to waive statutory rights or accept an exclusive foreign court.

7. Ending your account and disputes

Account deletion is handled manually through the Contact page; trashing a book only archives it. Cancel any renewal and download wanted exports before asking for account erasure. Information required for tax, payment disputes or legal obligations may have to be retained, as described in the Privacy Notice.

Send complaints to the operator contact. We will consider the issue and the appropriate correction, refund or other remedy. You retain access to courts and consumer or supervisory authorities available under applicable law. Mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
