The current beta is free. We do not collect payments or offer purchasable subscriptions. Creator Pro is coming soon. Survey prices are market research, not an offer for purchase. No card details are requested for the beta. There is no beta purchase to refund.
Failed or cancelled generation jobs release their reserved allowance once non-publication is confirmed. Deleting or archiving a successful book does not restore a generation. Generation credits are not money.
Historical transactions and mandatory rights
This notice does not remove statutory consumer rights or any rights associated with a historical payment. Contact [email protected] for historical billing, cancellation, withdrawal or refund questions. Include the relevant account or receipt reference, but never send full card numbers or passwords. We will review the applicable transaction terms and mandatory legal rights.
